Did de Blasio ruin New York City?

I think maybe he just helped everyone realize how mediocre a city it always was.

Yes he did! Crime is more than double. He keeps adding programs like more free food, but then can't balance the budget. People are moving out of the city in droves. He marches with the protesters while trying to lead the city. The left and the right hate him. I don't know who still likes him!

I love New York! My apartment is the attic of a dollhouse. We spend our time walking fast on the streets, bumping into people and swearing at them. All my friends are rats!

Absolutely. Even if NYC was a success due to a myth as long as that myth was perpetuated it all kept going. He drove away Broadway and most of Wall Street which the city needs to survive.
