What do you think of the play (so far)?

There is a villain song, and it's pretty good, both in composition and in performance. Also, Leiby Wieder has range! I've never seen him play this kind of character before.

I am enjoying him in this role. He does it well. His song was also well done.

I think it's great that they provided Chol Hamoed entertainment.

I wouldn't know. I couldn't hear what he was saying over my family laughing...

It wasn't their best performance but good kosher entertainment. Same basic storyline...

Yes. That is something that is in all of their plays. But what should they do? A grandfather being reunited with his grandson?

Good point, but they could do a grandfather being reunited with his grandson.
Or maybe
A man reunited with his dog (popular in other media) A man or boy reunited with a brother (but not as a tofel to a main father/son story) A man reunited with his infant daughter (though the separation can't have been long) A man reunited with his invisible wife A boy reunited with his invisible mother A man reunited with his childhood friend
or a play that does not rely on a reunion scene.

However, there is nothing wrong with what they are doing now.
